Return & Exchange Eligibility

A. Non-Qualifying Refunds (Customer Errors)
We DO NOT accept refunds for issues caused by customer errors, including but not limited to:

 

  • Incorrect selection of size, design, color, etc. (Please review your order carefully before checkout.)
  • Invalid or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Damages due to improper care, usage, or modifications.

Solutions for Customer Errors:
– You may request a replacement by covering:

  • Return shipping costs (customer’s responsibility).

  • Handling fee: $5 per item (flat rate for all products).

B. Free Refund/Replacement Eligibility
We provide full refunds or free replacements if:

  1. – The received item does not match your order (e.g., incorrect color, model, or type).
  2. – The item is defective, damaged, or has quality issues.
  3. – Required Evidence:

    • A complete unboxing video showing the product’s condition upon receipt.

    • Clear photos of visible internal/external damage.

 

 

International Orders & Processing Time

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • Refunds/exchanges processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.

  • – Condition: Unopened, unused, in original packaging with tags/labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized toys.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., bath toys, teethers).
