Regarding Payment:

Support online payment (Alibaba purchase or direct bank transfer, please contact customer service for remittance account) upon delivery. If the order requires time for production, please pay a 30% deposit first and the remaining balance before shipment.
Regarding shipment:

Regarding transportation:

The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we have provided is for reference only and is not included in the contract or a reason for return.  

Regarding receiving goods:

1. When receiving the goods, please have the buyer and the transportation company personnel inspect the goods and count the quantity in person. If any problems are found (such as severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or damaged packaging tape, incomplete sealing tape, obvious signs of being opened, missing, etc.), please negotiate with the transportation company to resolve compensation. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us at the freight station and we will do our best to assist in resolving it. If the issue is not promptly communicated, it will be deemed as acceptance of the product without objection.

2. Our company will use strong packaging, tight stacking and other methods to avoid damage incidents. Any damage caused by transportation reasons will not be borne by our company.
